You do not need to, nor should you be finishing every session exhausted and depleted..
‘More’ and ‘harder’ are not always better. If you are finishing every session feeling like you pushed really hard and this is the feedback your body is providing then you most likely need to evolve your mindset and approach.
Your program should have a variety of different stimulus and your execution of sessions should reflect this.
Ensure easy is easy, so hard can be appropriately hard.
Understand the goal of training is to improve, not to ‘smash yourself’ or keep trying to do more.
Enjoy your training, it should not be a chore.
