JET Coaching & Consulting is born out of a desire to reach, educate help and inspire as many people as possible. JET operates under the values of simplicity, passion and service and believes strongly in maintaining health whilst searching for fitness and performance.

Founder and Coach Jamie Edwards’ passion is utilising the vehicle of endurance sport to help educate and empower athletes… In their athletic quests and life in general! Jamie has been a devoted triathlon coach and athlete for more than ten years, working with an array of athletes; each with a unique set of goals, limiters, and personal circumstances.

As well as being a degree qualified Exercise Scientist, Jamie is also a formally accredited triathlon coach and age group triathlete.

Jamie combines his own personal experiences, a sound knowledge base, constant research and refinement, self-experimentation and an unparalleled passion for triathlon, fitness and health to help others get the best out of themselves.
