Those who have successfully navigated this unique and challenging time in our lives are the ones that either:
– already trained for the intrinsic benefits it brings (physical and mental health, creativity, sense of accomplishment etc)
– have used training to provide routine, structure and positivity to their days/weeks
– learnt to evolve their approach to training to incorporate the aforementioned benefits
– continue to work towards improvement and progression
We believe that EVERYONE should include structured training into their lives… not to be fitter and faster, but, because when this mindset and application is appropriately integrated into life we (as humans) function BETTER. In sport and in life. And that is what is important.
