As ‘athletes’ we often get caught up in the structure of our training schedules… which is good, encouraged and healthy.

BUT

It often means we neglect the benefits of low level physical activity. Human beings are meant to move…

AND

We should be moving AS WELL AS training!

So, this weeks Wednesday workout… go for a walk.

20-45mins. Enjoy it. Take the family. Make a phone call or switch off. Hilly or flat. Brisk or leisurely. Bonus points if you can get some sunshine
