Structure and Routine does not mean doing the same thing every day and every week.

It also doesn’t mean you have to do the things at the same time everyday.

At JET coaching we lean in to creating structure and routine with training around life’s other non negotiables.
This includes sleep, family time, eating, work and down time.

For JET Coaching and it’s athletes training is an important consideration every single day. It simply means that at the end of one week we look ahead to the following week and ensure time is allocated to training, alongside all of the other important things.

Because it is important. Training helps makes us a better functioning human being.
