That’s a wrap…
The JET Pack brought in November with style this past weekend. Over 20 of the JET Community participated in a Virtual Training Camp experience.
Over the course of five days there were swim, bike, run, strength and self care sessions.
The idea was to take all of the positive elements of a training camp and mould the training to suit the individual. We wanted athletes to be empowered to tackle a training load that was appropriate to them… to challenge them and make the most of the opportunity but then safely resume to normal training rhythm the following week.
Aside from the increased load and frequency the big benefit was a sense of belonging as they were supported by coaching, education and, importantly, each other.
Well done all, safe to say it was a fun five days!
