How much time do you spend in time trial position in training?
Although simple and seemingly obvious this one is often over looked by age group triathletes.
Can we really expect to optimise performance on race day when riding for 2-3-4-5-6hrs in TT position if you have not practiced or refined your efficiency in this position?
Worse still – CAN you actually hold that position for the entire bike leg?
