Luke is charging towards Tasmania 70.3
Originally planning to race IMWA in Dec but a bike accident a couple of months out forced us to adjust. We took the opportunity to take some ‘proper’ downtime (not something that comes easy to Luke) and have slowly but surely rebuilt over the last few months
As always, ‘consistency’ the absolute bedrock of the approach (something Luke does do very well) with cycling the backbone of his program, but, we have also had the opportunity to evolve the approach on:
– Strength Training
– Swimming Efficiency
– Bike Fit
– Running Volume
– Daily Food Intake
Both athlete and Coach looking forward to racing and the year ahead… including IM Cairns in June… With input from experts in various fields. A professional, well rounded approach to match Luke’s appetite for high performance!
