Getting faster over the shorter distances can provide a great challenge for athletes of any level and any ability. Many go longer as it is ‘easier’ than the challenge of going faster!
Plus, it provides access to the endurance lifestyle at lower cost on time and energy. A great entry point or a great circuit breaker.
Furthermore, our athletes who take their time and really embrace short course generally end up fast tracking their potential and development if and when they do go long.
