MORNING ROUTINES
Morning routines are all the rage right now… but you know the best morning routine? The one that works for you! It should be simple. It should be repeatable. And it should be the one that allows you to arrive to your session fuelled, hydrated and ready to execute the intent of the session. That is real high performance, not pseudo performance.
It should NOT be about the routine itself and it does not need to be complex. It certainly doesn’t need to be filmed and posted to the masses – that doesn’t make it elite.
Here’s one of our favourites – no gimmicks, no fads, no fluff:
– 5am alarm
– Toilet  (see why it doesn’t need to be filmed!)
– Hydrate
– Get dressed
– Quick snack
– Warm up if needed – Out the door and ready to train by 5:25am
