ROUTINE ROUTINE ROUTINE
One of our priorities when we work with age groupers is routine… how can we integrate training into daily and weekly routine?
It sounds very simple, and it is, but we feel it is an area that is often underrated for age groupers who need to maximize their training time within the context of their busy lives.
If training is routine it is more likely to become autonomous. If it can be autonomous it’s more likely to be sustainable for the individual. If it’s sustainable then it will be consistent… and consistency is key!
Another example of how nailing the basics has far reaching positive benefits.
