What’s that? 
A multi disciplinary approach to improving your running. Swim. Bike. Strength. Rowing. I.e Not just ramping up the run miles!
To a point the more aerobic conditioning you can do the more you will increase your overall performance potential. A multisport approach allows you to do that all while keeping it interesting (for body and brain) and reducing injury risk
It is also a safe way to introduce intensity for beginners or runners prone to injury or break down.
Cycling – improves endurance and efficiency
Strength – increases resilience
Swimming – boosts aerobic conditioning
This method is highly effective for triathletes and runners alike… with the added benefit of maintaining the feel for swim and bike for those triathletes tackling a running event / goal over the winter months.
