Coaching is challenging and rewarding. It is humbling to be trusted for such a long time. We talk about long term goals and playing the long game. PG has lived it and embraced it.
We continue to evolve, adapt and move forward. Coaching is about more than finish lines and PBs (although we have had a few of those too!)
