Consistency is key, right? So try not to let travel affect this…

I always advise athletes to pack training gear when travelling… whether it be camping, for work, on holiday. If you have it packed it’s an option!

Next, I advise to look at schedule for the week/month/destination etc and see if they can identify small windows of time where they can fit in some training, exercise, movement… something.

Chances are you can find at least 15mins a day to run, jog, do stir reps, hotel room activation, sneak into a pool, hit the rower or spin bike… something.

If you do that you will maintain training adaptions and you will feel better for it… and you will back into normal routine much sooner after returning.

Good luck and enjoy… get creative if you have to!
