Frequency
Consider your frequency of training sessions… Try to keep a regular and consistent gap between sessions in each sport, i.e. swim, bike and run.
Ideally we don’t go more than 2 days without training in each specific discipline (so if you run on Sunday it is preferred that you run again by Wednesday)… this helps maintain your ‘feel’ for each sport
If this isn’t possible try to work out a more realistic gap between sessions and keep that consistent.
One way to increase frequency is to combine sessions… for example using the bike to warm up for a run, or, jogging after the bike to ‘cool down’…
