Try not to evaluate training performance day to day, or even week to week… Think of the bigger picture and think longer term. For example, month to month, or, per race block…

This is what consistency is all about… training, adaption and improvement over time.

A missed or shortened session here and there, or a disrupted week is not going to break the bank… provided, of course, you are generally consistent, focused and committed!

Some food for thought: Averaging 9hrs a week for 13 weeks is 117hrs of training! That’s a lot of training… Make use of the time you have.
