4 RACES 14 DAYS
Josh ‘the rookie’ Robson has been on a hot streak of late. Not only is training going well (great) leading in to his first 70.3 in Geelong in March but he is racing like a machine as well.
He has raced 4 times in the last 14 days will some great personal performances… Read: PBs! More importantly his body is responding and adapting meaning he is absorbing the work and the racing.
Josh is relatively new to the sport and has always had injury or burn out issues in previous sports so we are on a mission to create sustainability with our approach. Long term involvement AND enjoyment of the sport. As well as continued development.
Josh has a big job outside of the sport, so as with the majority of age group triathletes each week is about managing overall stress, not just training load. It is nice to get some reward for the effort.
We are just getting started. Check out this streak of racing…
