So in these cases we are often looking at ensuring we create sound habits and healthy relationships with training. Human beings are made to move and thrive when healthy and fit.
You see, training goes far beyond race day and finish lines – it can genuinely be a key part of physical, mental and emotional health and well being. We encourage daily training for everyone regardless of age, background, goals, schedule and ability. Like always we tailor this to suit the individual.
