Goal: healthy functioning human beings as first priority
Multi-sport / triathlon training provides great variety so even if it’s not about racing it is a very VERY good way to stay fit and healthy.
Every human being should be setting aside 30-45mins EVERY day for this regardless of age, goals or racing interests.
Some like to go beyond that and explore their athletic limits which is where structured and progressive training and coaching comes in… as well as events/racing.
This will provide additional value such as accountability, motivation, additional structure/routine, personal challenge and growth.
Again, all very positive for human beings. We thrive in this environment and when done correctly it elevates performances in all other areas of life.
