DO HARD THINGS

We are at our best when we do hard things…

Our bodies and brains react to being challenged. If we do this frequently we adapt and ultimately become a better version of ourselves.

But… we need to practice. We need to get out of our comfort zone and embrace challenges.

Sometimes it can be simple things like:

– Having a cold shower
– Training in the rain
– Lifting heavy things
– Getting up early

Seek out these little challenges on a regular basis if you want to evolve as an athlete and as a human
