Training is, by definition: “the process of learning the skills you need to do a particular job or activity”
We believe everyone should train, rather than exercise. Exercise is random and although healthy will lead to random results. This goes for ‘athletes’ and for ‘fitness enthusiasts’.
Training is NOT just for those preparing for an event or race.
Training provides structure, routine and purpose. Training, done correctly, will help you improve at that activity but also globally… you will have better physical and mental health, you will be more productive. you will be grounded in routine and structure. The List goes on.
Train for health.
Train for fitness.
Train for performance… In sport and life.
