Fuelling for health AND performance.

Being an ‘athlete’ doesn’t mean you can ‘eat what you want cos you will burn it off’… but, on the flipside you need to ensure you are fuelling APPROPRIATELY (and eating enough) for the demands of your training, and, life in general.

Nutrient density, timing of food intake and fuelling relative to needs AND goals are all important considerations.

It is just as common to see athletes under fuel as it is to see them ‘over fuel’…
