2. Create sustainability – if training is integrated it should be sustainable week in and week out… there can and should be ebb and flow but sustainability comes from putting emphasis on strength, nutrition, hydration and recovery alongside swim-bike-run
3. Consistency is key. Perhaps THE cliche of performance but it is integral to success. That said, consistency comes as a result of the aforementioned lifestyle & sustainability. Choose a simple, sustainable approach to training that you can commit to and PRIORITIZE year round. Ebb and flow rather than going to ‘on-off’ approach.
