The Ironman 70.3 Melbourne course has been revealed…
This is a ‘home’ race for the majority of Victorian based squad but we will have visitors from those based in regional areas and other states.
We expect the event to have a positive effect on the industry here in Melbourne and hopefully we see people using the event to re-engage their endurance sport journey.
JET coaching will not have ‘Ironman 70.3 Melbourne programs’ specifically, but as always, we are interested in helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts use endurance sport as a vehicle for health, fitness and overall performance.
Those targeting next season (either with or without this event) in it would be best to engage by April 2020, if not before.
