Approx. 10 (on and off)

What brought you to the sport:

What brought me ‘back’ to the sport was a need to insert some balance into my life, regain fitness and find some time for me (racing)

Biggest Accomplishment in the sport:

For me personally it’s been about learning and growing through the training phases, racing well and improving. My biggest enjoyment has been encouraging my son Jack to join me, taking on the role of his Coach and watching him grow to become a state schools representative as well as race the the ITU youth race in Devonport this year.

Profession:

HR Director in the logistics and warehousing industry

How triathlon has impacted your life:

I think the phrase “live the Tri Life” sums it up. All of us that do live life that way know what it means.

Dream Goal:

Get under 5:30 for a 70.3, and complete an IM.

Dream Race:

I think every race is special in its own way, even our State Series races are ‘dreamy.’ Challenge Roth would be an awesome experience.

Something interesting about you most people don’t know:

I’ve been told I have one of the best memories and that my ability to recall facts, data, names and places is amazing. I just cant remember who told me that! 🙂
