The majority of your training can and should be done at a sustainable intensity.
This is true if you’re training for a PB or world champs qualification, or, for your health and fitness.
There is great benefit in doing so including:

🛩 increased mitochondrial efficiency
🛩 reduced injury risk
🛩 higher training quality
🛩 greater capacity to get more from your other sessions
🛩 lowered blood lactate levels at any given effort
