What are the basics? Here’s a few:
sleep (7-9hrs per day)
integrate strength training into your weekly schedule
avoid (excessive alcohol) & processed foods
eat to your needs
prioritize daily hydration
manage intensity distribution (inc easy being easy)
create sustainability in your approach to training and supporting habits
