How has triathlon impacted your life?
Triathlon is my life. I can’t think of not being able to swim, bike and run. It has given me purpose and structure and provides me with endless challenges. I have competed in all formats from sprint distance races to Ironman. I enjoy the camaraderie and friendship while training, along with the purpose AND I really enjoy the racing. The feeling I get when I toe the start line is hard to replicate.
Being out on the course and giving it my all is my addiction.
Dream Goal
A world championships or to race for my country
