Performance in sport and in life is the sum of all parts.
So whether it is a 20min training session instead of a 40min one because that is all you have time for, or, six very well executed intervals instead of ten mediocre ones

Going to bed half an hour earlier on five out of seven nights or making better food choices in 16 out of every 20 meals

We just have to simply get started, cos, something is better than nothing (and it will all add up to progress)
