Two weeks until Melbourne 70.3.
Three weeks until 2XU Race Six!
Race season in in full swing, so that means that the race phase of training is in full swing for JET coaching athletes and community members.
During this phase training is focussed on being adequately prepared for the demands of race day… This means physically, mentally, emotionally, tactically and strategically.
Key sessions are specific to race day performance and we are also dialing in all other aspects such as equipment choices, pacing, nutrition and hydration.
Then race day, we let it rip and try to make the best of what we have on the day!
