RACE READY RACE PLANS
At JET Coaching all 1:1 Coached athletes have a race plan when they race. This includes:
– pacing strategy
– heart rate/RPE/power/pace ranges
– fueling and hydration based on the conditions and their needs
– shoe/other equipment choices tyre pressure advice
– cues and general advice
This is a part of the Coaching service and our mission to help them get the most out of their fitness and preparation come race day!
Ultimately execution is up to the athlete themselves but we want to make sure they are equipped to optimise the race day experience.
