There is a lot of noise in today’s world… and the triathlon industry is no different. Social media means anyone can have a presence, which is both powerful and dangerous.
There’s a lot of mis-information, over complicated information, mis-represented information and incorrect information. There are also ill-informed, uneducated, ego driven individuals who can call themselves a ‘Coach’
This can be unhelpful, unfair and in some cases unsafe.
Good coaches are educated, they are experienced, they care and they keep it simple. A big part of this important role is to help individuals navigate the blizzard of information that is available for consumption.
Don’t believe everything you see, read and hear… look for authenticity and passion.
