– sleeping more
– doing strength work
– eating after training sessions
– consuming more fruit and vegetables
– prioritizing hydration
– consuming less alcohol
– improving training consistency
– keeping ‘easy’ sessions appropriately
– applying yourself in your key sessions
– planning and organization

But you have to take ownership and responsibility!
