Working on your technique is great but it is irrelevant if you are not strong enough or fit enough to hold that technique for extended periods of time…
With that in mind we need to consider building strength/resilience as well as fitness/conditioning.
They are critical if we want to refine ‘technique’
Some ways to do this:
– Short rep intervals
– Resistance training
– Sport specific strength work
– Building aerobic conditioning
