– Sleep (a lot)
– Eat to your needs
– Optimize daily hydration
– Move / Exercise… EVERYDAY
– Train ‘hard’ 2-3 times a week
– Get strong (strength train year round)
– Be a part of a community
– Engage a mentor / coach
– Challenge yourself regularly
Adjust the above to you and your goals and you’re well on your way
