Tip: Move!

Our lives are more sedentary than ever and it is not good for us!

So, move… move as part of your commute, take regular breaks at work to move, incorporate movement ‘snacks’ into your day, organise a walking meeting… At the very least; reduce your sitting.

It will help you increase productivity, feel better, stay alert, break up the day, improve soft tissue and joint health and much more

And remember, life is busy but movement is important… so remember something is better than nothing as well… a shortened session is better than no session.
