The challenge is simple;

Bike 90km
Run 21.1km

Run 21mins
In any case you can tackle all in one go or break it up over the course of a couple of days and/or several sessions. You can race the clock or you can roll through the distance at low intensity.
The purpose is also simple;
– Challenge oneself
– Do so with support from the rest of the JET Community
– Have fun in the process
