Jamie’s attention to detail and care for his athlete’s is as good as I’ve experienced. He is continually evolving my program based on my individual goals, unique progression and life circumstances as he does with each of his athletes. His knowledge on swim, bike, run technique and performance is exceptional. His guidance has gone far beyond providing a training program though – from being a calming influence in discussing race preparation and strategies; to discussing and providing awareness of the impact of general life stressors on training and performance; to educating on nutrition, hydration, and individual responses to training just to name a few. I can’t thank Jamie enough.
